DIANE ABBOTT
Diane draws her inspiration not only from the Central Valley but also from her many travels throughout the U.S. and beyond. Her works are mainly done in watercolor, acrylic and collage although all mediums present new opportunities of excitement and exploration and are considered open game. "One must never close the mind to any artistic possibility."
Diane is a graduate of California State University at Chico where she received her B.A. in Fine Arts. She has taught children's art classes at the Paradise Elementary School and the Paradise Art Center.
Currently Diane is a member of Artquest, Artique and the Salinas Valley Art Association. Her work can be seen in the offices of Delta Air Lines as well many private collections and several local galleries.
